School of Evangelism and Pioneering Muthu, Kavitha, and Family – Home Page YWAM, South India “Preaching the Gospel, doing good works, and equiping others to do the same.” COVID RELIEF We heard about children getting Covid in a district about six hours away from us. One of our friends said that over 10,000 children were affected with Covid. We made the plan to use our bus as a mobile medical center. We gathered Covid medical kits which included Covid prevention medicines, masks, sanitizers, steam inhalers, and other essentials to give to the children and adults in that district. We were able to serve 26 locations during our visit there. Thousands were blessed. Praise be to God alone. We have been able to continue giving masks to Police personnel along with sanitizer. FOOD DISTRIBUTION We are providing food in nine locations for 1300 people on a daily basis. We were able to give grocery kits for hundreds of auto-rickshaw drivers along with sharing the gospel. Eighty sanitary workers were blessed with quality grocery kits, masks, and sanitizer. The Lord provided great grocery kits for 100 physically challenged people. We were also able to give grocery kits to 150 needy families in the mountains. We had a great walk. They have asked us to provide more grocery kits as the people there are having a very hard time. Our grocery distribution to the people in the hills was reported in the local news. What a wonderful God we have who cares for all, particularly the poor. By the Grace of God, we were able to give groceries to pastors in our city....

School of Evangelism and Pioneering Muthu, Kavitha, and Family – Home Page YWAM, South India Thank you all for your prayers and sacrificial giving! With your help, we were able to bless over 510,000 visually challenged, homeless, transgender, tribal, slum dwellers, widows, migrant workers, orphans, HIV/Aids patients, and many others with the mercy and kindness of Christ. See the Covid-19 Relief Work Report located below for all the details. The Lord has blessed us with a new ambulance so we can transport patients. It has been such a blessing as we have transported over 300 people so far. We had a prayerful dedication service for our ambulance service on January 10. Our wound care ministry among the homeless is going well and it always opens the hearts of the people. Many are helping many find hope and healing through mercy and the Gospel. Our food distribution happens in so many different areas. We were able to give groceries to some families who literally stay on the road near the cancer hospital as they are undergoing cancer treatments. We continue to provide lunch to the homeless people. We have been able to help many families start small businesses. Overall, we have helped 65 businesses start. Praise the Lord! The type of businesses range from people working with pigs, goats, cows, and others are working in food businesses. This enables the families to generate income during these difficult economic times. We are especially happy that we were able to open a small restaurant to generate jobs and income for kingdom work. Thus far we have helped over 40 families start new businesses....

Our children, Princy, Prince and Precious have been promoted to next grades-Princy to 8th, Prince to 5th and Precious to 3rd. Thank you for praying for them. We hope and desire that they grow in the Lord and serve Him alone! We request you to pray for our children’s studies especially for Prince. He loves to play always but not interested in studies. 36 PEOPLE FINDING NEW LIFE IN DTS SCHOOL MINISTRY-This year’s DTS just returned back from their outreach. The Lord has used them very powerfully. Two teams went to two different States and ministered in 11 locations. They were able to reach more than 30000 hurting people with the love of Jesus. Many found Jesus and more than 30 of them are attending churches now. Six people were baptized. Many healings and miracles took place. JESUS HEALED LAXMI – Laxmi is a young girl from a Hindu family. She had a strange sickness and was suffering on her bed for many days. They spent lots of money and worshiped many gods but there was no healing. When our Discipleship Training Team heard about her and went and prayed in her house and immediately she was healed and sat up. Now her family is rejoicing and coming to church. School of Evangelism and Pioneering Muthu, Kavitha, and family We are very happy to send this update to you. Thank you so much for your love and prayers. We are very grateful to God for His faithfulness and grace on our lives and ministries. As a family we are doing well. Kavitha is busy with children and also leading the girl staff and students of our training center. Princy, Prince and Precious are enjoying their schools. Soon they will be having their annual exams. Please pray that they do well. The Lord has been so good to us! DTS Students From Different Backgrounds - It is going well. The Lord is ministering very deeply in the lives of the students. There are 12 students and 13 staff in the present DTS. Many of the students come from challenging backgrounds. It has been tough dealing with all their issues but now they are growing and we are very excited. Gangster Kumar, 28, was a well-known gangster in his area before he came to do DTS. Many times he was angry and wanted to leave, but the Lord is touching his life and there are lot of changes. Now he wants to finish his DTS and wants to serve the Lord! God Changed Merilyn - She is from a small village, she was very shy and introvert. Her mother is not mentally stable so she went into depression. Now in the DTS, she is very active and becoming a great woman. We thank the Lord for the His amazing work! They will be leaving to 2 months of Outreach next month. Please...

We as a family thank you for your love and prayers. Our family is doing well. We want to update many ministries that we have done recently. We pray for you and your family. May the Lord walk with you in the coming new year! Praise God – Muthu’s Father’s Baptism! Muthu has been praying for 24 years for all his Hindu family members to get saved. The Lord is faithful! Muthu’s Father-Mr.Arumugam 84 yrs! Baptism by Muthu! What a privilege! Pls continue to pray for Muthu’s family members to know the Lord. Discipleship Training School Graduated. The Lord used them to bring hope and healing in Jesus’ Name to thousands of people in 5 different locations. Some people were healed of incurable diseases and released from the power of devil. 14 DTS students were graduated. The next DTS will start soon. Please pray that we get a good number of students. Their lives were changed and they went on changing others! Total 415 Widows were blessed! Widow’s Ministry-We wanted to bless the widows with new dresses and good food during Christmas time. Last year we blessed 250 widows, but this year we were able to bless more than 415 Widows in 5 different locations! We shared the love of Jesus to all these precious ladies! The tailoring center for the widows is going well. Monthly provision for 40 widows are given. Beggars’ Ministry-This year we are able to provide Sweaters for 100 beggars....

School of Evangelism and Pioneering Muthu, Kavitha, and family More than half of the world’s population lives in cities and this poses a tremendous challenge to the churches today. YWAM developed SOUM to equip the students and urban workers to meet the challenges of the cities and bring transformation. During SOUM the students will visit various shopping malls, banks, companies, IT offices, colleges, poor neighborhoods, and so forth to learn about bringing transformation in all areas of the city. The students will also learn from people from various fields in the classroom-like bankers, professors, lawyers, government officials, beggars, rag pickers, street children, vegetable vendors, slum dwellers and other people. After the completion of SOUM, the students will have gained all the needed knowledge and experience to work in cities of India and beyond. We will try to help graduates to start new ministries or work in existing ministries around the world. How are you? How is your family? Hope you are all well.
