CHURCH PLANTING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Sam Paul Volume 2721

CHURCH PLANTING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Samuel Paul India Greeting in the Sweet Name our Lord Jesus Christ, By the Grace of God we are fine and ministry also fine. This month, God helped us to feed many poor people. One day, we met a man named J*. He is 70 years old and was deserted by his family. He is living on the street. We spend time with him and encouraged him. We were able to give him money for medicine. Please pray for him to experience the love of God and to be accepted by his own family. By the Grace of God, as a result of the evangelism work we are going to baptize two people this coming week. Both people come from high caste Hindu background. Please pray for their continual faith in God. As you may know, I have been able to teach “The Lamb of God” evangelism course at a local college. After the recent graduation ceremony, we met with the students and received their testimonies. (See below.) Below are some of the testimonies we had after the graduation ceremony for our students. A* I learned the blood sacrifice method. I learned what is true love. Previously, I didn’t give my best to others and God. Here I learned to give our best to God and to others. Thank you. B* Though I have been doing ministry for a long time, I didn’t know what real forgiveness is. After I attended this class, I felt very shamed of myself. For the past 15 years, I haven’t spoken to my mother and I wasn’t able...

School of Evangelism & Pioneering, Muthu & Kavitha, Volume 2721

School of Evangelism and Pioneering Muthu, Kavitha, and Family – Home Page YWAM, South India “Preaching the Gospel, doing good works, and equiping others to do the same.” COVID RELIEF We heard about children getting Covid in a district about six hours away from us. One of our friends said that over 10,000 children were affected with Covid. We made the plan to use our bus as a mobile medical center. We gathered Covid medical kits which included Covid prevention medicines, masks, sanitizers, steam inhalers, and other essentials to give to the children and adults in that district. We were able to serve 26 locations during our visit there. Thousands were blessed. Praise be to God alone. We have been able to continue giving masks to Police personnel along with sanitizer. FOOD DISTRIBUTION We are providing food in nine locations for 1300 people on a daily basis. We were able to give grocery kits for hundreds of auto-rickshaw drivers along with sharing the gospel. Eighty sanitary workers were blessed with quality grocery kits, masks, and sanitizer. The Lord provided great grocery kits for 100 physically challenged people. We were also able to give grocery kits to 150 needy families in the mountains. We had a great walk. They have asked us to provide more grocery kits as the people there are having a very hard time. Our grocery distribution to the people in the hills was reported in the local news. What a wonderful God we have who cares for all, particularly the poor. By the Grace of God, we were able to give groceries to pastors in our city....

Mark A., Church Planting, Mercy Ministry Volume 2721

Church Planting & Mercy Ministry Home Page Mark and Hepsibah Village Ministry Greetings from India. We believe God is calling us to reach our district consisting of 1,486 farming villages and a population of over 400,000 people. Ninety percent of our villages do not have a church. Only 2 percent of the population is Christian. EVANGELISM: We shared the Gospel with many people this month. At one village we met three young girls. They were interested to know the Christ. We talked to them about Jesus Christ. They admired His love. They became convinced that Jesus is the one and only God. They gave their lives to Him. Hallelujah! Please keep them in your prayers that they may fellowship with Christ every day. On Sunday, the four of us including my son went to a village for evangelism called A*. It is located 45 kilometers from my house. There we met and prayed with many people. We had interesting things happen. One example is about a young lad who is 18 years old. His name is J*. This boy was very much arrogant. He never obeyed his parents. He is studying in college, but he is not learning. He is continually playing games on his mobile day and night, very much addicted. His parents shared this with us with heavy hearts. We talked with J* and counseled him, “Go to the ant, O sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise.” (Pr 6:6) and we preached the love of God. He was quiet while we were talking. God was working in his heart! Then he said, “I will change my...

We hope you are the same. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT God has given us opportunities to bless the community during the pandemic. We were able to give $30.00 worth of groceries to 15 families. Some were single mothers, poor and needy. Counseling Centers - Most of the people have been mentally and physically affected because of Covid. Many lost their jobs. Many have committed suicide. We are counseling them so we can protect their life. We are sharing the good news from The Lamb of God, which is the salvation story from Genesis to Revelation. EVANGELISM By the Grace of God, we were able to share the Gospel with 100 people. We are trying to reach the Hindu seekers with the Lamb of God evangelism material. This is the best tool for Hindus seekers to know who the true God is. Two people have committed to baptism from this effort. Please keep them in your prayers. Many really wanted to become a Christian but their extended families are not allowing them, so they are living as a secret Christian. Please pray for them. We are living in a part of the world where there is only a small percentage of Christians. For these secret followers, Christianity will cost them everything so they are in the process of letting go of what is in their hands. DISCIPLESHIP During the pandemic in our country of M*, churches have...
