Rescue and Restore Ministry Freddy & Daisy, India –HOME PAGE Restoration House, Evangelism, Church Planting, Street Ministry, Slum Ministries Greetings from Freddy, Daisy, and the children in our street kids ministry! The last few months have been very tough. We have had many people die amongst our loved ones in the ministry and also in our families. God has been faithful to us in the area of emotional needs. Rescue and Restore Ministries reaches out to children in need, destitute women, and young widows. Ministry Time - We were able to have our widow’s program, women’s programs, and children’s programs during the lockdown period. Street Kids - Many of the children who live on the streets, lost their parents and families during the pandemic. We gathered the children for prayer about the present situation. We placed a map of India out and the children started praying for India. They lit candles and claimed God’s healing to come over our land. Outreach Program - Here is one story about a family who came to the Lord through our Outreach Program. The dad’s name is R*. His wife’s name is M*. They have two daughters who really need education care. The father is working a loading job and the mother is a housemaid. They live in the slums. We are actively helping them to know how to care for their family and children. They saw Jesus through us. God saved them! Prayer Needs 1. Pray for the new shelter building. 2. Pray for the finances to build the shelter. 3. Pray for the staff and the children for their health needs....

Rescue and Restore Ministry Freddy & Daisy, India - HOME PAGE Restoration House, Evangelism, Church Planting, Street Ministry, Slum Ministries The Corona virus has kept us in various stages of lockdown during the past year. We are doing well by the grace of God. Thank you for keeping us in your prayers. During this challenging time we have been able to bless the people who live on the street, slums, and the gypsies. We were able to distribute needed food and rice with the help of some wonderful local volunteers. We are praying to be able to start a day care program among the gypsy children. The children do not go to school because of the way they look. Pu*** is a young woman who is in the twelfth grade. She lives in the slums with her family. She recently had a fever and had not felt well for several days. We were able to get her to the hospital for treatment. Her dream is to become a nurse and help bring her family out of the slums. We are eager to help her with her dreams. As many of you know, we have been working with Street Kids who primarily live at the train station for many years. A year ago, God provided us with a parcel of land and He has enabled us to build a Rescue & Restore Home for our precious street children. Rescue and Restore Ministry Freddy & Daisy, India Restoration House, Evangelism, Church Planting, Street Ministry, Slum Ministries Dear Friends Greetings Chennai God has been good past 2 months, we want say thank you so much for all your prayer support and Financial support to our ministry and family. This first 6 months has been very challenging and wonderful experiences after the flood. We were able to recover from all the lost from the flood. In Jan2016, we had children’s camp. 485 children came! Nine Had Life-Changing Experiences: Our church ministry is going well by the grace of God. Its growing. We were able to give water baptism to several. It was wonderful time watching them commit their life to fellow Jesus. These are the wonderful people took water baptism last month Seventeen Children Off Street, Safe at Shelter: We have many children staying at the shelter with us. However, seventeen children are staying as full-time residents. Each of them are doing good in their studies, they are getting ready for the annual exam, working very hard. Ragul is giving public exam, he is in 12 grade. Sreeja is also giving her 10th grade exam, keep him in your prayers. Girl, Adthi, from shelter got married she came to our church with her son. We are facing many ups and down in our ministry, but the Lord is good. He is enabling us to go forward by His strength. We want to thank you, our supporters, for standing with us and upholding us in your prayers. Because of your generosity, it is a great privilege to share with you what God has doing in our ministry. Children Home : We have 18 kids are staying with us full-time and many part-time. The ones staying with us just finished their first term exam. When children walk in to our home they carry so much of sadness, mentally disturbance, emotionally abused, physically illness and they don’t have any hope for the future. They are outcastes and have been unwanted by society. God brought these children into our life where are able to minister Gods Heart to them. With your finances, through much prayer, counseling, medical care and love, their life been restored physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We have watched God transform their lives. Now when see them have joy, hope and ambitions in their life. They now want to fit into society and have vocations such as Nurses, Pastors, Leaders working with different companies. By the grace of God we are doing good. In our Restoration children Home, all have finished their exams. They are looking forward for the results, some are bit nerves their result. Please pray for them. We have started Vacation Bible School ( VBS ). This will be a one-week program. We started with 135 children. There are very excited to come and to be part of this program. We were able to teach and disciple them through different activities from the Bible. We also provide them snacks and lunch. Please pray for also us that we can able to minister to these children in the slum so they know God more and come closer in this year. His grace is sufficient to us. In time of need God Word really comforted us. We also really want to thank you for your prayers and financial giving. Together are making a difference! Restoration House- God is doing wonderful things in children’s lives we could see the changes happening in their lives, we like to share many story about them how God is working in their lives. Right now we have 17 children staying in our Restoration house. (This number always fluctuates because we don’t make the children stay with us. We don’t hold them here! They are always free to come and go.) Samuel is in class 11th grade- His dream is to become Automobile engineer. He is working very hard. He wants to thank you for your support to him! Vino is 15-years-old- Her dream is become a nurse. she is in 10th grade. She is looking forward to finish her schooling this year. Please keep praying for her. Gandhi is very happy- Today he is in the school of catering. It will be 2 years course. Please pray that he can able to complete the school. Destitute Widow Care program- every month we have program for widow’s care. This month we met 92 widows who we prayed and counseled for emotional and mental wellbeing. We had games for them.
